My name is Tameda Monique, and my journey to health and wellness didn’t happen overnight. It’s been a process, one that’s been filled with challenges, growth, and transformation.
I’m a certified life coach, weight loss coach, and wellness mentor, and I’ve walked this path myself—losing 130 pounds using the tools and strategies I now share with women like you. I didn’t follow any crazy diets or restrictive rules. Instead, I embraced a balanced, sustainable approach to living healthier, feeling better, and finally loving the person staring back at me in the mirror.
